You approve the design logo.

We print or embroider the merchandise.

THEN WE SELL IT FOR YOU AND PAY YOU.

No under ordering to prevent leftover merchandise.

No leftover inventory when the event is over.

NO SALES OR USE TAX PROBLEMS. We are a licensed business in the state of Tennessee and will be responsible for the tax liability.

If you order merchandise from an in-state company and sell it -

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TENNESSEE SALES TAX.

If you order merchandise from an out of state company and sell it -

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TENNESSEE USE TAX.

If you allow an out-of-state unlicensed company to staff your event -

YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE TENNESSEE SALES TAX.
